Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@increase.health. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep provider access, messaging and any shipments already scheduled through that date.

• Before provider review: if you cancel before your intake is submitted to a provider, you receive a full refund.
• Not approved for treatment: if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you are refunded in full minus the medical review fee where applicable.
• After medication has shipped: fees are non-refundable once your prescription has been prepared and dispatched by the pharmacy.

For patient safety and under federal and state pharmacy law, prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned, resold or reused once dispensed — even if unopened. Please do not ship medication back to us.

If your order arrives damaged, arrives outside its required temperature range, or does not arrive at all, contact support@increase.health within 7 days of the delivery date. We will arrange a replacement at no cost after verification with the pharmacy and carrier.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly — most issues are corrected within two business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in suspension of your account and care.

Plan prices may change with reasonable advance notice. If a price change affects your renewal, we notify you by email before the renewal date so you can cancel if you choose.
