Terms of Service

Increase Health ("Increase Health", "we", "us", "our") is a healthcare technology company. We connect members with independent, licensed healthcare providers ("Providers") who offer telehealth consultations for weight management, peptide therapy and prescription skin care.

Increase Health is a technology platform. We are not a licensed medical provider, pharmacy or pharmaceutical manufacturer. Clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe a medication and at what dose, are made solely by independent licensed providers. Prescription medications are dispensed by independent licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a U.S. resident in a state where our affiliated providers are licensed to practice
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving telehealth services under applicable law

By using the services you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

• Medical intake: you complete an online form covering your health history, medications, allergies and goals.
• Provider review: a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines, in their sole clinical judgment, whether treatment is appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed.
• Prescription & fulfillment: if approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy which prepares and ships your treatment directly to you.
• Ongoing support: you receive provider messaging, dose adjustments and care coordination through Increase Health for as long as you remain in treatment.
• Follow-up check-ins: you complete periodic check-ins before refills may be approved.

Results vary by individual. No specific outcomes, including weight management, body composition, energy levels, skin appearance or laboratory values, are guaranteed. No prescription is guaranteed as a result of completing an intake or paying for a plan.

Statements about treatments available through Increase Health have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• You authorize Increase Health to charge your payment method for the plan you select at the time of enrollment and on each renewal date.
• Plan fees are non-refundable once your intake has been submitted for provider review, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access through that date. To cancel, contact support@increase.health. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for refund eligibility and compounded medication return rules.

• Provide accurate and complete health information in your intake and during consultations. Withholding or misrepresenting health information may lead to inappropriate clinical recommendations and is your sole responsibility.
• Use the services only for your own personal health care.
• Do not share your account credentials.
• Do not use the services in a medical emergency — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
• Follow applicable law and the instructions of your treating provider.

Increase Health is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. We do not provide primary, urgent or emergency care.

All content, trademarks, designs, software, workflows and materials provided through the services are owned by or licensed to Increase Health and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits or goodwill
• Outcomes related to provider clinical decisions, pharmacy preparation or treatment results
• Technical failures, delays or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Increase Health in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Increase Health, its officers, directors, employees, affiliated providers and pharmacy partners from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, inaccurate health information you provided, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
